on number one my custom made jazzbass,
musicman, jazzbass pickups (bartolini and seymour duncan), with everything possible on it, with carbontech (a special thingey of vox humana, a guitar-parts shop in holland)...
www.voxhumana.nl
its in one word amazing

and on number two a precision bass with both precision and jazzbass pickups...

and when it gets bored, ill 'pimp' my bass with another colour or something...

Love that growl.

My ebmm hhsr5
Roscoe LG3005
Things have changed a bit since Ive realized that 4 strings are home.

I love both of my ebmms but the Sterling is the winner for me.

So now my 2 basses would be

1) [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]

and 2) would be a Nordstrand NJ Deluxe 4 (maybe fretless)
Holly top/pup covers/mhs
Dual Coils
Swamp ash body
Ebony fingerboard

I voted other cause I own almost 60 basses so picking 2 is not really an option. That said, My faves are down to about 3in order of preference:

Japanese 80's basses (Aria Pro II Superbasses at the top of the list)
Wal Basses
Kubicki Basses

At least I think so for now.

I've got som other nice basses-- Fodera, G&L, EBMM, yak yak yak. But at the end of the day, I like unique instruments and the aforementioned are certainly unique and then some.
