Wow...that's a tough one. The other instruments that I have a foundation in and would want to play are guitar and keyboards. But if I can't play bass, I'm going to presume there's a problem with my hands, and that would pretty well preclude playing guitar or keys.I am curious to hear from TBers what instrument you would choose if for some obscure reason you can't ever play the bass again?

Big trombone fan here too. Always wanted to play hard rock with a big horn section. Heavy on sax and bones.Never had a trombone, but love 'em. That sound is truly boss!!
