I'm about to go insane. I never realized when you dropped out of college you'll be stuck working for your parents to manage a factory in China. Ill be honest and say work ethics in China is extremely low at this moment. They dont care if you give them warning notice, they'll do the same thing the next day. If you push them too far, they're more than happy to quit. Work is so abundance in China they'll find a new job the next day even if it's the factory next to yours. Just thinking about the factory is enough to give me grey hair. I feel like im stuck in a rut. Any one with good advice to offer?

How about going back to college? Maybe your parents saddled you up with that crappy job to get you to go back. Why'd you drop out anyway? It doesn't sound like you have any major family/financial reasons to do it...
I say you should fight fire with fire. If they have poor work ethics, you should have poor safety standards. That'll teach 'em!
Maybe blame your parents some more. Or complain about the Chinese work ethic some more. That oughta fix everything.

It can't be all that bad being a manager. You could be the one who has to do the actual work in the factory.

2. You will outsource their jobs to the U.S.
3. You and Deng Zou Peng are really tight, and he will send them to a forced labor camp for re-education
4. They will never be able to afford that new Escalade with that attitude
5. You'll tell their mom
6. They make you lick the chips at the Intel plant, so don't come crawling back to me when you get some toxic poisoning at your new job

Sorry, but I have little sympathy. Poor baby drops out of college, and daddy lets him manage a factory instead.

no one would die to have my job. There's more job opening than workers to fill the slot. That's the only reason why workers behave the way they do. They know we need them more than they need us. That's the reason i'm so frustrated. It really boils my potato to find people stop working so they can take half an hour break to talk on their cell phone or take a long nap right infront of your eyes. It doesn't look good when a worker is getting paid to sleep while others are working hard. I do understand the importance of school, but since i took this job i've been working 7 days a week.
Work 7 days a week with a crew unwilling to work as hard as you? Sounds like the perfect environemnt for learning to work with musicians

I don't believe college is the answer to everything or that it suits every person - but generally most people have to get a job that suits them at some point in their life - so might as well start trying different ones now!
