Synth of a sampled bass sure, but the tone was obnoxious.

Nooooooooooooo! Arghhhhhhhhhh!lol, Im recording right now, just took a break to eat something. I was going to loop the seinfeild thing for you and add some more treble to it
Well now you've gone too far.See I listen to anything through an ampeg 810 and think, "wow what a muffled tone." Regardless of amp that sone isn't for me, no matter what style of music I am playing.
Ymmv.
admittedly I'm old school...don't use tweeters at all if I can get around it...my experience is that good quality drivers don't need much help to project bass tones...even slap tones...but budget rigs often need the help of tweeters to get the top harmonics out in the mix...in many (not all) cases...tweeters are intended to compensate for lower quality drivers and bass cabs...

Shirley he can't be serious!

Really? Because you really hurt my feelings and I'm sad. Just for that, I hacked your Facebook account and posted really girly stuff under your name. But that is my preference. I don't think anyone using an 810e is doing something wrong. It's not what I want.

Some hep bass cats simply can't stand tweety.
