Ok. Here's one.

Doesn't answer how big the box was. And, did you round up on all measurements? UPS is pretty clear that measurements must be rounded up. So. 50.01" should be entered as 51".

Tell that to fruit and nut farmers.

Okay, I'll play your game. Here's a link to the exact box I shipped the keyboard in. The dimensions are very clear, there was no need to round anything up.

I have no argument here. The inside dimensions are larger than the dimensions of the box? Maybe it was actually a bit oversized. That would be you answer here.
They might just call it generically 15x15x48
Blame u-haul.
Did you put actual tape measure on it?

If the inside dimension are 48 1/4” high x 15 1/4” wide as stated, then the outer dimensions would have to be larger than 15” x 15” x 48” (6.25 cu/ft). You would need to enter 16 x 16 x 49. Maybe that pushed it over the line.

Possibly but that doesn't mean Reverb needed to tack on additional shipping charges from what UPS charged them.

A company that upcharges on upcharged shipping charges? Sounds criminal to me. Do you work for Reverb? Believe me I'll be watching the next item I sell on there like a hawk for any extra shipping charges. I'm not going to take **** from them, let alone you.

I've never even bought anything off reverb.

A vendor passing on a good faith mistake from a shipping company (assuming they're the ones who were wrong), then immediately reversing it without requiring any proof EVEN THOUGH YOU REFUSED TO USE THEIR DISPUTE RESOLUTION SYSTEM seems criminal to you? Lol, ok buddy.

I should add I just got credited another $20 from Ebay yesterday for something similar. I have 90 percent of my listings set up for USPS Parcel Select shipping which is usually the cheapest option. However, when someone purchases something and I go to print out the label that option isn't showing up so I've had to select Priority Mail instead which is a little more. Called Ebay yesterday to complain and they gave me a nice little credit for my problems even though the difference was only 15 cents. That's about 133 cents on the dollar for anyone doing the math on here.
