Does anyone have experince using In ear monitors? Im looking at getting the Shure PSM 200. Any thoughts on this system? Or is there a better system I can outfit a four piece band for around $2000?

I'm also interested in this. I'd like to spend under 300 if possible. Could I get some of these and just use them as ear plugs to reduce the sound as well? What are some good ones to look at and what should you look FOR in them? I tried a search but it always says 4 character min. thing so I got bad results...
My band uses IEM and we love it. We used a wired system. We bought Shure E2 and plug them into a headphone amp with extension cables. WAY cheaper than wireless systesm. Our instruments are wired, so why not our headphones?
For what to look for, go with Shure or Etymotic and you will be fine. Even their basic models block sound nicely and sound good. Higher priced models get you clearer sound and a little more bass. Just make sure you insert the IEM all the way into your ear or you won't get good bass response. It takes a bit to get used to wearing them, but once you do you'll love them.
