In praise of Tech 21 customer support.

Guitarist killed his FlyRig 5 by trying to run it with a 12v wall wart when the FlyRig takes 9v.

I shipped it back to Tech 21 for repair. They fixed it or a total cost of about $85. Pretty quick turn around, no fuss. Easy Peasy.

Nice to see they fix stuff! So many companies will just tell you it's dead and to buy a new one. Good to know I'll be able to keep my tech21 stuff going for a long time!

That's about what I paid for an ancient pre-PSA rackmount repair.
