In praise of WEIRD LOOKING basses!

So, the EXPENSIVE basses thread has turned out some pretty interesting looking basses. I'd be keen to see more. The rules:

1) No judgement should be passed as to whether these are "ugly" basses. Just weird. Likely beautiful. (pretty sure this is a forum rule anyway).
2) Interesting looking standard basses (like a Jazz bass with a wacky paint job and hardware) are ONLY permitted if they're REEEEAAAALLY WEIRD LOOKING. I'll let you be the judge of that.
3) Bonus points if the bass is a legitimate, gig/road/tour-worthy instrument - basses which are built just to be weird are less cool (in this thread).
4) Bonus points if you own it.

Bring on the weird!

I LOVE my weird looking bass! It's not that weird to me, but a lot of people are turned off by it. One drawback to a bass that some people consider weird looking is that they can be hard to sell.
