In terms of accessories, what do you have that you can't live without?

Redundancies for everything OR stuff in the full signal path that can readily be removed / replaced / altered on-the-fly. I guess that qualifies as "accessories". I expect this of everyone as I'm a busy guy and don't have time to be dinkin' around with non-functioning components.

I'm going to step on some toes here: Some carry a soldering iron and accessories...I don't and certainly don't have time to address suspect solder joints...or other deficits...during real-world (venue) scenarios. If your gear demo's intermittent failures, you probably knew about it well-before and failed to act.

Sorry for the rant.

KORG OT120 tuner. Variable response sensitivity, needle + over/under lights, and a tone generator to reel me in to rough pitch when I change all five strings at the same time (so I won't miss it by a mile and break strings going 2 sharp!). I've always had KORG tuners over the years as soon as I could get one and quit using the mystic spinning-wheel Conns back in the day, and for me, WAY better than those clip-on thingies.

That would be my WTDI, which is a stompbox DI with built-in Eden WT preamp. If I am required to use a backline, I can easily make that backline sound like my Eden and DNA gear by plugging it into the effect-return/in of the backline amp. No need to twiddle that amps controls, I use my WTDI and set it up like I do my Eden amps. I can also use it going direct to the sound board when playing an ampless stage, and it's saved my bacon when an amp that I was required to use was no longer at the venue. I just plugged it into our PA system and played through that for the night. The bass went through our mains and I had monitor at my feet so I could hear everything just fine. It weighs under a pound and comes with its own power supply.

I also unexpectedly used it for a recording session back in 2019 at a Pro Studio in Seattle. Rolled my DNA 410 in (DNS-410) and my Eden WT500/800 amp expecting to use them for the session. But the drums, myself, and our keys were in the same room so the sound engineer wanted me to go direct to the board to eliminate bleed over with the drums (drums had as many mics on them as a porcupine has quills!). So I pulled it out of my my gig bag; plugged into it; and plugged it into their wall jack. They were very resistant to me using anything but their standard DI, but I insisted.

After the session was over they had me listen to the raw takes and it sounded great. The engineer said that was exactly the signal I sent them. He didn't make any EQ adjustments or add any compression. All he did was adjust the level to balance with the rest of the band. Then the sound engineer and the owner of the studio came into the room to see exactly what I was using and how I had it set. The only adjustment I run on it is to boost the low-mids (500Hz) to 1:30. I run everything else flat and turn off the compressor and Enhance (shape control). So my sound is clean, clear, articulate and warm (uses a Golden Ear chip for the warmth). That WTDI was the best $149 I've ever spent on musical gear. Last price I saw on it was $179.
