Inexpensive bass guitar

Thank you.

The prices on Rondo Music are within my budget.

And may I assume that the product is of decent quality ?

There's no point in spending any $$ on something that I'm going to hate to play.

They're pretty decent. Some are better than others, but it is my understanding they are easy to return if not satisfied. I own several and haven't gotten what I'd call a lemon yet. Now is the time to get one while the old headstock is still available (check the Essex megathread for details on that discussion)...

Do a little search here on TB and you will find some pretty convincing testimony for the more-than-adequate quality and bang-for-the-buck in the SX line. Some would even go so far as to say "astounding."

This shouldn't even be in discussion. SX basses are like, the perfect office bass. I mean unless you want a cheap Affinity, which IMO is over-priced a bit compared to the quality of the SX. And if you don't like how it's setup, hey, they're the ultimate modding bass! Get some cheap pups, adjust the bass how ya need, and bang! It's Awesome!
