Double Bass Information on composer Carmine Franchi

Hello all,

in order to improve my master's degree work on an anonymous double bass concerto I need more information about italian composer Carmine Franchi, as well as the source of that information. I only know he was italian, lived in the 19th century, have some soloistic DB pieces attributed to him laying in italian libraries and had a Tarantella recorded by M. Ricciuti on Bongiovanni Records.

Any info is very welcome.
