Seriously dude, go to the doctor. My girlfriend's father lost a toe last month because he didn't want to go to the doctor for an ingrown toenail.

I went to the doctor!! - Twice! The first time he gave me antibiotic and stuff called hibiclens to let my finger soak in for awhile. It's gotten better for a few days, now it's bad again.
Ugh,.....
