Not generally. I happen to be an awesome chef,, and improvisation has always served me well (musically as well).

My personal best is a slow smoked pork loin. Lemon, Rosemary, salt, pepper and low heat = one of the best pork medallions you can get. Serve with bacon garlic mashed potatoes and a veg ( I love steamed broccoli with salt pepper n butta or brussel sprouts treated the same way. Yellow Squash works too. )

( sorry Matty I do make a mean eggplant sammich though ! )

Well MT, we're all the same color on the inside, it's true. BUT, the environment and what they eat makes Samoans particularly tasty! Nuthin' beats a free range Samoan rump roast.
