Breakfast for diner, huh? Breakfast in a diner? Lol :-)

Yes, I do, my kids do, but it's not considered an acceptable option for dinner in my household so we don't. As soon as I get divorced one of the first things we are doing is eating pancakes for dinner. While watching the Simpsons.

What is your favorite type of pancake? (blueberry, butter, no syrup here.)

FOILED BY THE MISSING "N"!! :D

I am a huge fan of flapjacks with strawberry jam and butter. I like syrup "ok" but it's usually too sweet for my liking. Butter pecan is the syrup exception. The only reason to go to IHOP ( for me at least ).

Oatmeal or Cream of Wheat? ( Or other hot cereal for that matter )

Hot cereal is gross. Hot leftovers from the night before though, that's another story.

Hmmm...leftover dinner for breakfast and breakfast for dinner...

On weekends or on vacation (because daytime jobs usually prevent this) do you ever get your days and nights turned around?

I slip into a night schedule with alarming ease.

I only sleep between 4 and 6 hours a night as it is. When I get to the 36ish hour mark awake I get a 2nd wind and can go another 12 without much duress. After than I'm punchy and laugh at nearly everything.

Can you relate to that story ?

I can relate to the punchy part, but mine happens far sooner. I can get by on 6-7 hours of sleep for a few days, but I function best on 10. I just hate wasting that much time sleeping. And I really sleep best in the mornings. 36 hour day? I'd crash far sooner!

What is your favorite way to spend New Year's Eve?

I just discovered Spaten Optimator at our local Oktoberfest this weekend. It's definitely better than any other beer I've ever had in my life.

Do you cook with beer and wine? I mean, in the recipes, not drinking it while you cook! :-)
