Intonation and Labella Low Tension flats?

Might be worth contacting G&L and asking them about the precise specs for bridge location, to check out your theory. If its off, shouldn't be too hard to relocate it 1/8" or so towards the neck. Looks like the bridge would still cover the current holes.
Just make sure if the bridge does need moving that you drill and fill each of the old screw holes with a glued piece of dowel trimmed flat against the body to make sure nothing pulls out or forward when you drill the new holes for the bridge and that the bridge as reinstalled is securely flat on the body.
