Hello Folks,
i have a IE Franta Bit mkI.
The PSU it needs is center negative, right ?
( i ask, since i just used "that" PSU on another old stomp ( which needs center neg), and that other stump has a serious problem, or: i just killed it yesterday)

You should drop an email to Taylor directly (email address on the IE site gets to him). I hesitate to answer since it's an older version and I don't use a FrantaBit...but all my IE pedals use a standard (center negative) non-reverse connector.

If you've had a pedal damaged by a center negative supply, I'd be very hesitant to plug that supply into any other pedals.

ok, i´ll need to enter Indiana Jones mode, and crawl into the cable dschungle under respectivly behind the table myself......guess, there´s no way around it. Will do whne i´m home.

They all use a center negative, 2.1mm 9V DC power supply, the same one used by most pedals. Funny to see you here, Funky40, I've been reading your posts on MW for some years now.

yes, thanks. My EBS Bass IQ might have had a problem elsewhere then.
It was 18 years completly unused.

A bycicle accident on the street back then killed everything.

Funnily, when i was in search for a Bit/sample rate reduction device for my modular years years back, was i landing in the pedal market,...... taking a Franta Bit.

I've had up to 8 IE on a single board. The way each IE pedal compliments the others is incredible. Pricey endeavor though!
