I must admit that finish is one of the best I've seen. That's mine. I agree the price is steep, but it's less than I paidAnd if you look at the prices for everything else in that listing I think you'll find I've been rather generous. I'm not looking to scalp folks. The Nimbus SE reflects what I have in it which in turn reflects the rarity of its finish and enclosure.
Yes, but indirectly. Again, the price reflects what I paid.Seems purely about the paint, so from a collectors POV a higher price makes some sense.
Fair, my pricing philosophy on that is different. It really depends on the pedal with regard to what I may have paid and a lot of things play into it, including if there is someone who has been looking for a given pedal for a long time and hasn't been able to land one. That's purely a personal take and I generally don't mind losing a little, sometimes a lot, when selling. To each their own. I do have a couple of pedals in the classifieds right now with pricing based (and undercutting) what I've seen on Reverb, but still above new. I'll likely adjust those soon, if I can be arsed to do so.Yes, but indirectly. Again, the price reflects what I paid.

Maybe you should PM me? Because you are right that this doesn't lend itself to public discussion and because you are making a lot of assumptions. For example, you have no idea what I paid for that Nimbus SE, those Doom 2s, etc. I'm happy to have a respectful conversation about pedals and pricing, but I do not appreciate how you've opted to publicly drag me through the mud in a community I've spent years investing inHey man I’ve really been debating on how to address this in a respectful way that doesn’t come off aggressive, but I personally have a different view of what’s “generous”.
A lot of those prices seem to be somewhat aligned with the current market value, and I wouldn’t take it any further than that.
Not great, not the worst (the Nimbus SE is def up there on the most expensive I’ve seen on TB, maybe it’s worth that for someone else)
With top jacks, like proper.2025 Oxide release would be awesome.

I'm afraid to dig back though my ooooooooold threads and remember what I let mine go for. I do remember that I traded a Xerograph for an effing MicroPOG.2025 Oxide release would be awesome.

Well, my PMs only go back to 2015 and the deal must've been done before that. I did find the one where I traded the Xero. Funny enough, I still don't gas for one. Filters aren't really my thing these days but when I do want one, the Joshwah and Prometheus still keep me happy, not to mention I have a C4 when I want things to get real awkward for everyone in the room.Dang. Some memory lanes are best left un-turned-down.
