Absolutely craving a Dubterranea
I have a Xenograph Deluxe and there is some kind of magic in that pedal.
I would love to own a latest version Polytope and am fighting the compulsion to replace a perfectly serviceable Zoom Bluetooth Stomp that does static detune, Chorus etc well enough until can find the IE.
Finding an Oxide is a heavy lift but I have a Doom 2 on the way and I’m super excited after hearing it in Zack Rizer’s glowing review.
The BEAD fuzz is MIA somewhere in the Russian Federation.
Found a 3 Leaf Enabler for headphone practice and it sounds so good that I’m hoping to put it last in chain with the synth stuff. Super clean.

That WAS funny Cosmic!
You got it FunkYety.
Zack Rizer seems super mellow and doesn’t demo pedals just to dis them, but when he gets a bit giddy it’s gotta be doing it’s thing in a big way!
Serendipity (thx spellcheck) or dumb luck for me, finding the Enabler in looking for a nice headphone rig/pre put me at the 3 leaf site and the Doom 2 really stuck in my mind. Then there it was in the classifieds!
In watching that demo the ringer octave really pops high up on the neck. He’s playing his 6 string of course but I’m hoping the Doom 2 can do some synth lead stuff as well.

I know that logically I should sell my SubT when upgrading to the DubT but I've had it since 2013 and I feel this emotional connection with it - I've used it for more gigs than I can remember, it's traveled with me a bunch. But it's also a tool, right? I shouldn't worry about it.

It’s both a tool and has been a vector for your creativity. In using both the above aspects you got paid as well. It may or may not be the same for someone else. After that it starts to get kinda esoteric but If someone really needs one and you “pass it on”
that sounds good on paper but say keep it unless selling it will facilitate something meaningful. I while a bit of a minimalist by necessity, I am intensely sentimental about certain things.
I’m keeping my SubT firstly for practical reasons, although I’m genuinely found of it. Money just hemorrhages from me in real (kids) and silly, trivial ways and around $200. Bucks is insignificant (unless need it but don’t have it).

The 3leaf Enabler is incredible. I had one and stupidly sold it, ended up being pretty expensive to get another one, but that is one mistake I won't make again lol

The 3leaf Enabler is incredible.

Found mine buried deep into the classifieds, I couldn’t be sure why it was still there. He had updated his stuff OBO at the end of the thread then nothing.
I didn’t really expect an answer but I sent a PM explaining why I was looking and that I was prepared to pay asking right away.
Turns out he was moving. Great guy too.
It is exactly what I was looking for and surprised me too: the headphone amp just kills, it’s small, 9v, aux in with level but preamp’s subtle, but definitely there beautiful tone caught me by surprise and it’s so easy to set up.
I’m a “amp pushed hard sound” fan, even in mellower contexts. In fact I would like to check out the Shift Line Olympic sk3 based on descriptions I’ve read for that very reason (also has aux in/headphone out) last in chain core tone/DI for a simple Rock type board/fly rig.
Couldn’t be happier with the Enabler though and it’s going on the Synth Board in the same end of chain spot!
I wish the DI was the left side of the pedal instead of the right but I’m assuming it was the only way to have a basically audiophile quality headphone amp and be so small.

I’m thinking of flipping mine for an FMeron perhaps, or XD or dubT.

Assuming you're willing to spend time downloading community presets or tweaking/creating your own on the C4, you won't find its equal in other boxes. I think the FMeron is cool, and the XD is a fantastic filter, but the C4 does more in one box than those two combined. The FMeron was novel to me, but not extremely applicable...and I say that as someone who really digs Taylor's designs. I have/had the FMeron, SubT, XD, Nimbus SE, Polytope. Of those, the FMeron was the hardest for me to find a place for in real applications...
