Is anybody knows a NO Installation needed guitar modelling software(Like Guitar Rig)?

Out of morbid curiosity, why wouldn't you just install one of the good ones, instead of using an install free cheapo?
If they have a "DAW" or "Host" then you can put the modeling software .dll on a thumbdrive. If it needs a license, For some software put the license against the thumbdrive. This varies from software to software.
For a free solution
Pick up Voxengo bugex,

And savihost
http://www.hermannseib.com/english/savihost.htm
Read the directions for Savihost. It doesn't require an install.
Put them both on a thumbdrive. Copy and rename savihost.exe to match the boogex's dll name. Fire up this new Exe and it will be a standalone boogex.
I hope the PC you're on has decent audio drivers. If not look into ASIO4ALL
