Is Carvin Going Downhill?

I should have added a smiley at the end of my thread as the last part was intended to be tongue in cheek...

Yes, I read the follow ups. I don't know why he suddenly earned troll status from some, but I can see why some might say that (if they stretch). It seems that some folks are used to OP's staying on top of their threads when they have an issue that warrants a post on TB. Perhaps a contributing factor?

For starters he didn't say the right things about a brand they like. And as noted, some people saw a pattern they'd seen elsewhere so it must be a troll.

I think there was an intent to wait for answers. But for some reason this thread took on a life of it's own and spiraled horribly out of control.

They did wait a long time before the namecalling and accusations began... considering this thread started yesterday.
:D

Either way, bad builds come from every manufacturer, even Carvin. :hiding: That's why there are warranties. No company ever built a great Customer Service Department by putting out perfect products.

Bad builds and things that work for some and not others too. It happens.

This is getting out of hand, and I don't feel like babysitting. If the OP wants to add something important, send me a PM. Or start a new thread about the specific bass, not Carvin in general.
