Dang, imagine if there were a Five Guys nearby! Now THAT'S a tasty burger!
oh, so they've expanded into Texas?
well, good for them I guess, though I'm a tad disappointed that they're no longer the hidden gem of the west coast.
Burgers = Good
Fries = Bad
Best? Not a chance.

I mean, seriously? I had it in Orange County and it was all right, but I didn't think it was traffic-stopping good.
It's way better than Five Guys!![]()

Then you apparently need taste bud replacement surgery, stat- in & out is OK/pretty good depending on how hungry one is, but *best*? No, not really. I won't even concede that to *opinion*. They're just not that great, dad.![]()
Again though, it's not worth standing in line for hours at a restaurant that will still be there next week and most of the people in line probably think that animal style is something from a kung fu movie.
I have just decided that I will have In and Out for lunch. That is all. Carry on.
I've been eating In-N-Out burgers for 30+ years. Are they damn good? YES!! Are they the best ever? Nope. There are local fast-food places that do a better burger. I appreciate that their fries are hand-cut on site, but (as others have mentioned) unless you eath them while they're piping hot, they suck. Their shakes are awesome!
This thread is making me hungry. I'm thinking a double-double with grilled onions and a chocolate shake is going to be my lunch today.
