My first line of business as this union's business agent (no pun intended), is to file an unfair labor practice charge against Talkbass for restraining our Section 7 protected concerted activity rights with regard to what I see as an illegal gag rule with TB's "No Publically Questioning the Moderators" rule.

My second order of business is to renegotiate the collective bargaining agreement so that we can have hot chick threads once again on the Board.

First step is to get your steward involved. That would be Unrepresented. But I don't feel too good about this because it is specifically addressed in the "contract". Those arguments usually go down in flames. But we can certainly try. If anything it could be a point at contract time.
Oh my....... I think we are going to require legal counsel as well. Any help here people.
