Hello, I was wondering if there was a way to get a customized Musicman Stingray 5. By customizing I mean only the esthetic part. I was thinking of a transparent body with a mirror pickguard. I don't even know if it's possible and how much it would cost.

transparent as in natural? or as in plexiglass?

natural is possible, plexi - no. Mirrored pickguards can be bought online but you won't get it straight from music man.

I wouldn't be surprised if someone could do it for you- might be pricey, though. IIRC the acrylic-bodied Dan Armstrong guitars & basses were way heavy.
