Is it wrong to think you're unattractive?

I mentioned dieting and exercise outside of this thread. I do deal a lot with approach anxiety.

I dismissed therapy because last time I "sought help" I was offered a buffet of drugs to help zombie me out; I'm not that desperate.

Sub-par writing? Oh well. My reading comprehension is spot on; I know what you wrote when you didn't feel challenged.

Passive aggressive; I'm amazed I haven't become completely aggressive by now.

As for "coping with reality" I've made numerous true accounts of events where I attempted to break the cycle. Nobody seems to notice that.

Okay, so you've tired everything and nothing has worked. Try again. Something different this time. A different doctor, a different approach...something different. Posting in a bass forum isn't likely to help.

The nutrition change has worked. After two counselors I simply believe very little other than being an oddball has provoked the discrimination I receive.

Next step is moving. Garden state my rump. Overflowing toilet is more like it.

Men's health forums don't see me as insane.....yet.

The second best day of my life was leaving Butte, Montana. The first was leaving Utah.

Don't expect the lesson to stick without a demonstration. Actions > words

With all due respect, I can't help but wonder if you aren't talking to yourself a little bit here too....

Of course I am. I spent a long time wrapped up in my own dysfunctions and actively resisted personal growth. For a long time I just lived with it and was miserable. One day I decided I had enough. Change isn't fun. It's grueling, hard work, and it's often terrifying. There are proven strategies out there but the bottom line is that lamentation solves nothing and no one will do the work for you.

As I wrote from the beginning, you have to suck it up and get after the problem. "Manning up" doesn't always mean "just get over it". It quite often means "swallow your pride and ask for help you big dummy."

People either want to change how they live or they don't. A person who continually talks about how bad something is but doesn't work to change it is in love with the complaining as opposed to a solution.

Ironically I hear Montana is great for peace and quiet. The jersey breed just seems hostile and conceited to me; maybe that's what woman is, but I see some great documents that suggest otherwize

Butte is an island of Hell in an otherwise beautiful state, there are people who call it the 'hardest' town in the country. People from Butte know that title belongs to Anaconda though. The western border of the state though is beautiful and exactly what you picture, I still have a lot of family in the Bitterooot valley and Missoula area.

There is something to be said for a new location when you don't click with the people where you are. I was a non-Mormon kid growing up in Provo Utah for awhile, enough said. It's hard to make friends when a religion teaches them to look down on you.

Idk lately it just feels like on the surface everyone's cooperative and when you look closer you see a thorough display of fear, angst, and disgust for everyone between each other; the suspicion of being swindled overrides any chance of developing anything.

Why is it every time I look say, online, I find women have a list of demands, not possibilities? Relationships aren't binding contracts, yet before you even get to know someone they want a label on your forehead. The closest thing I've found to 'friendly' was a girl natively from Brazil. Vastly more open minded. Says a lot

One Drop's post says it all. It applies to everyone.

If you are short like me, but have a complex about it, then you will blame other people's reactions on your height, when in fact they are really reacting to your own judgment of yourself. ...

BTW, online dating is a horrible place to gauge where you truly stand with women, the girls hold ALL the cards there and it changes the dynamics in a big way. They can afford to weed a guy out for having the 'wrong' color of hair because even the average girls have a mailbox full of messages to go through. Every day.

I'm from the Bitterroot. Best place in America, provided you have the means to live there.

However that says a great amount about the personality inside the candy shell, no? :D
