I wouldn't know, I was born in the 80sBack in the baby boomer days???
I've been emailing back and forth with Kalium the last couple days. They have been very responsive and helpful.
From what I gather on this thread and their Facebook page, they recently completed a major move and along with NAMM have probably been pretty busy. I too run an internet business and I know how backed up things can get with shipping, even when using something as "simple" as USPS. IMO companies like Amazon are spoiling everyone these days. You have a valid point. I haven't ordered from them so I can't speak from experience but hopefully the move and new staff have solved any issues. To me, the fact that they have such out of the ordinary strings and are willing to email back and forth with customers about finding the right set means a lot so I'm willing to give them a chance.Yeah but this thread started back in August. Well before NAMM. Well before the move. There are other threads going back 2-3 years with the same issues.
Are circle K strings shipping still??????
Maybe it's my age but, pre-internet / tracking, i would mail order something then expect to have no communication and would happily wait 2 weeks for it to arrive ("please allow 2 weeks for delivery" was normal, sometimes 28 days was stated as a maximum) so i am often surprised now impatient people are. However of course, Kalium need to state the expected dispatch times.
I have to say, without question, these are the best strings I've used for this kind of tuning.. thick, beefy & clear!Glad to hear your experience was positive! Team ADGCF in the house!
This can happen with any company. I just got a shipping confirmation from BSO for my order I made on Feb 16th. This was from the shipping label generation. They haven't even entered the mail system yet.
I talked to Skip at NAMM, he said he was given the boot from TB, and hasn't been back, IIRCWell that is one difference. It would be nice to see Skip have the same response as Jason on here.
