Double Bass Is my Soundspost position ok?

Hi,
I just moved my soundpost a bit and I think it was an improvement. I'm a bit worried about the placement though, since it might be a bit to much "south" ; about 2cm(0,8inch). Is this OK? It's a new fully carved bass with a thick top.

In a bass, that is fine.
Do be aware, though. that every instrument is different, and you may still not be in the "sweet spot" for that bass.

This position sounds good but I'll try some other ones as well. It's still a little bit nasal on the high string and I couldn't get rid of the wolf yet.
