Me too - we have people scouring Craigslist and Ebay and local music and pawn shops. They're so very unique that we're sure they'll turn up eventually.

In the meantime, to keep this thread on topic, here is my short-scale Birdsong fretless next to one of the stolen guitars.

I have an old hofner 500/1.
But the electronics are still busted after having spent a good $600 on repairs to get it where it is now.

Its in this picture somewhere.

Also, what are the limits of shortscale?
Less than 34"?

In which case, my rick also applies.(It's 33 1/4")

long (standard) is 34"
xlong 35-36"
and humungeous long 36+
