Is this a legit MIA P-Bass?

It's not a Highway One.
Logo is different (letter thickness) and the bottom of the rosewood fingerboard is curved, not flat.
Here's a HWY 1 headstock that shows the logo and fretboard:

It is more likely a parts bass or a Early 70's P Bass,
but it is hard to tell from the pics
Can you get pics of the bridge, tuners, neck plate, etc ?

Except for the white pick-guard, this looks a lot like a late '70's P-Bass to me.
The grey-ish colour of the tuning machines, the decal, the headstock in general, and what appears to be a small screw hole on either side of the bridge indicating that this bass once had ashtrays.
The wear pattern on the instrument's back is consistent with belt buckle rash from the instrument being worn punk-rock-low.
EDIT: It also appears to have a poly finish. This would be correct for a late-'70's Fender.

Logo on a late 70's is VERY different and will have a "S" serial # under it instead of patent #'s. This bass has patent #'s.

This is probably an early 70's P-bass with a non-original pickguard. Without much better images and clear views of the neck heel, pocket, body cavities, etc., it is hard to be sure.
