Looks like it. I don't think there are alot of faked Mexican Fenders out there.

Yeah headstock and faceplate markings look good to me, i'm no expert though.
The strings even look to be fender, looks like fender 9050 flats.

I agree with Johnny Alien. Now, if someone were trying to sell this at an American Fender price, then forget it. But if you were expecting a Mexican Fender, then I see nothing fishy here.
