Is this Kramer anything interesting?

Yeah, they do...kinda. But, looking closer? That looks like a goofy "S" shape on the back covers - like the Schaller tuners on my '78 450B have. And, I'll bet you a dollar to a donut, that the line of small print around the bottom of those back covers says "made in West Germany". I don't recall Gotohs saying that on them - ever. But, old Schallers do...;)
The ones on my old bass were (still are, most likely) Schallers ;), I was referring to the black keys :D in the OP's pics.

No, down the middle it looked like this bass, except it had a P-J pickup set, 4 knobs, 2 mini switches, and 1 pickup selector switch. It had the pointy cutaway horns like the guitar below, but not the Alembic like cutouts and point behind the bridge. It was just round behind the bridge like most basses.
