Okay, so I've for sure posted this as my response to fast texhniques. But is it necessary?

I do right ring down, right middle down, right index down, then right index up. That quadruplets. You can shorten to do triplets. This is just one string. Do it swept and you get way quick. I just know I'm likely not gonna pass anything on and I hope the 3 down 1 up method gets props. Try it!
 
Seems to me the tone one the upstroke will be all fingernail and different than the downstrokes? I'm pretty much a 2 finger guy unless I'm "raking" chords or arpeggios. I'll give it a try though.
