Double Bass Is this Weird?

In an attempt to answer the question posed by the thread title, "Is this Weird?"; IMHO.....most definitly, yes.
In about 3...2...1...
It's not permanent, but we are serious about respecting others and perhaps most importantly not trolling or otherwise wasting bandwidth.

Just as a reminder to everyone, please report posts that may be in violation of the rules rather than responding to them. Jeremy and Damon and I are pretty much just regular blokes with regular lives, and we don't read everything that goes on in the forums. We rely on reported posts to know when there's a mess in the making, so please, don't be afraid to click on the little icon in the upper right of any post to send a report notice to the three of us at once. This is better than emailing any one of us, because this way whoever is around their computer first can pop in for a looksee. If there's any question, we'll confer in the cone of silence before acting, but the system will have generated a place for us to do that with a link to the post in question.
I'll close this for now until we can decide how to clean it up. It won't be perfect, but we'll do our best. Please be patient, and remember that it's Christmas season, which makes things a little more complicated getting everyone's input. Thanks!
