Issue with neighbor

So there's this weirdo neighbor who I'm pretty sure is up to no good. I buy a small remote control aircraft with a video camera on it. Kind of like a drone. I end up getting pretty good with the controls and I end up doing a fly by at his house, right in front of one of the windows and well well well, what do I see.
The video tape has been submitted to the cops so I can't talk about the on-going, felony investigation. I think he found out I'm the owner of the remote control aircraft. What should I do?

you could learn to respect other people's privacy and fly your drone someplace else.....even assuming you are not violating any laws or even social norms,flying anything over where it may go out of control and fall on someone's head ,or property is wrong.....i realize that airplanes do that,but not without training,licensing and regulation.....

Isn't there regulation about these drones? If the guy is doing something illegal, didn't you find out about it in an illegal manner? Seems like a form of trespassing to me.

The only logical solution is to buy a bigger weaponised drone and prepare yourself for the turf war you started after violating his airspace.
