I've seen zZounds search results come up for stuff in the past, but heave never checked them out. Are they as reputable as places like Sweetwater, etc?

I pre-ordered mine from zZounds; 4 payment plan - no interest; came sooner than expected, and in perfect shape! I had a very good experience with them!

It seems there are more short scale basses designed with character in mind than long scale. I saw one the other day with a taxi-cab checkerboard on the sides. It seems that when long scale is the target, the design has to be 'serious'. And I hate coffee table basses.*



*End of rant.
