For what its worth I do like John 5 and Jack white. I'll be seeing John 5 perform again in a few weeks.

I really didn't care much about Jack White until I saw "It Might Get Loud." He came across as someone I'd want to have a few beers with - very knowledgeable and also down to earth. Very worth the time to watch.

Great video; I have the DVD; it's worth watching, if nothing else just to see him visibly school 'the edge' on guitar LOL...

Jack White is an amazing guitar player IMHO... but that's just the type of stuff I like to listen to...

I know very little about jack white. But I do hate his music. It is wank off guitar music that leaves no room for actual harmony, sophistication, artistic exploration, etc. The worst and most ironic part about all of it is that he sucks at guitar. It’s not like he is Eric Clapton wanking off or something that at least has talent and musicianship at its core.

at least he finally figured out what a bass is. After making a career out of wanky guitar music that was so bad and filled with claustrophobic guitar wanking he somehow didn’t find bass relevant for many songs.

but sure, he looks cool! Cause that’s important…
