Jam Tracks for solo Practice

Just wondering where I could get hold of a good set of jam tracks to practice soloing...I am new at soloing so nothing too complicated please

Jam over the songs you like and you know.
If you are using computer to play tracks, just mess up with an equalizer to get rid of basses, or at least make them less noticeable.

There is also loads of stuff in midi format on the internet: for instance google: (.....) midi In brackets type name of the band you want to find. Midi format has no bass at all (sure it sounds....not brilliant....but for practice it should help.

You could do pretty crazy jams with Logic and the built-in AppleLoops, drag some in and loop and have fun. Hey, even record if you want to.
