Here are my two JV Squier (JV is the pride of Fender Japan) Completely all original parts. Nothing added or replaced. Both are '62 model. '82 Precision and '84 Jazz. The P has sen body while the J has alder. These are domestic models.

I'll play! I just got a Katana bass, too. A squier one. Sorry FL, but I got mine for half what you got yours for.
How do you know what I got mine for?? I paid $350, if you got yours for half of that, great deal.
I paid $600 plus shipping for mine and would would do it again if the right deal presented itself. At $600, a clean one is worth EVERY penny.
Now I'm confused....Who said they got theirs for $600 plus shipping? I got mine for $299 plus shipping.... It's a great bass!
