Jazz truss adjustment placement -dating

I'm looking at a pic of a pearloid block neck with the adjustment at the heel. Without seeing a date or neck plate, can it be dated? The headstock looks to be 70's with no serial # under the Fender logo.

What Bone said, although there were a few 4-bolt neck Jazz basses produced as late as 1975.
