Without knowing a lot more about the drivers, I think you will find that it's difficult to design an enclosure that really works well. For example, would the driver perform better in a 1CF or 2CF box, what kind of acoustic loading does the driver need at low frequencies, what is the voice coil's position within the gap,what can be expected of it's mechanical limitations.
These are all things that are useful to know and understand in order to design for low frequency performance.
they are jenson c12
they do the same 20 to 35 watts any guitar speaker does
there is no magical acoustic modeling for them. they get bolted into a open back cabinet and sound like open back speakers.
1 cubic or 2 cubic dont work well at all.
they behave same way as typical celestion speakers or the eminence legends that have all copied or use similar design as the celestion G12
they get very boomy in sealed boxes. then again so do celestions and people stick them in small boxes anyways.
the L version is like the "55hz" G12 or " bass model" compared to the 75hz version
they will work for bass kinda. they fart out really really quick. good for 30 to 40 watts tops as a pair wth bass
the legends and G12 wont model well to any 3rd or 4th order box design. only one guitar company has figured it out.
as you know eventully if you tune a cab way way to low. eventually the impedance curve performs like a sealed cabinet.
you put them in 2 cubic feet per driver then tune way way way down low with a rear port. this ever so slightly takes down the boom. otherwise they model around 3 to 4 cubic feet for single driver to not be boomy. or just run open back because the design is intended for that. .707 Q will be huge around 5 or 7 cubic feet. intentional by design to actually have bass open back.
fender and many others found out the hard way or just discovered the box needs be extremly large to not be boomy running sealed. probably why they used very large boxes for later showmans instead very small early bassman cabinets
