Joe Schermie Fans! (Three Dog Night)

FranF how did you acquire that Fender Jazz Bass? Did you ever meet Joe Schermie or have any contact with his friends or family? I know he was married, had a son and also had a sister, Judy.

I’d ask you to give the bass to me, but that wouldn’t be very good. Then 3 Dog Night would be 2 Dog Night.

I was recently listening to Naturally. His bass playing on Liar, Joy To The World and Sunlight are classic. Makes me wish there were more bands like 3 Dog Night.

Big 3 Dog Night fan, but for me, impossible to think of Joe without Floyd Sneed, one of my all-time favorite drummers.
