FYI for those waiting: I contacted them via their web form and they replied today saying they were working on the pedals and would ship the first batches soon

JPTR Bass Jive

Didn't they say on a post a few weeks back that they were going to only work on bass jive's until all were done? All I see on their posts is stuff about their guitar head
Not to be cynical but if I were to guess, they already got paid on the Jives but are still selling the heads.
It's not surprising that all the marketing and Instagram activity is about the stuff they're actively selling (and not the backlog), but I also wouldn't be surprised if they're working on the heads instead of prioritizing existing pedal orders.
Don't get me wrong, I didn't think it would take this long for Chris to ship. But I've ordered two Jives directly from him in the past, and they both arrived safe and sound. He has always been a stand-up guy and responded quickly to me.
One year and eleven pages in … naming their company for a gas giant is looking very appropriate

Seriously though xD Those of us who have experienced this before probably knew what we were getting into and didn't mind the wait (I know I didn't).
The regular Jive is still a great pedal.

Wow that facebook group has a person who got a bass jive on their board! Them existing and in the wild is a good sign - not sure why the JPTR social media team isn't sharing any of them yet!
