Yep! Paul Simon's. Play it finger-style. Do a nice melodic jazzy sort of piano riff mostly. But toss in some harmonics, double stops, and chords here and there. This one gives you a chance to show off a little. Just be subtle about it.
Presentation is important too. So make it obvious there's a musical dialog going on between you and the vocalist. Like he or she's sitting next to you in some bar, drinking and a little down in the mouth, while you and your bass are sitting there listening and nodding.
Check out John Leftwich's masterful playing (he's awesome btw!) with Rikki Lee Jones on this one. Especially pay attention to how the entry of the bass is handled after the first verse. It shows how a simple sounding but tasteful bass line plus voice can carry the whole song. The guitar and everything else really is superfluous in this song.
Also note Rikki's performance. Even two sheets to the wind she still knows how to work a crowd and manages to pull it off.
