I was kinda surprised, it's pretty loud for a 300W. I couldn't afford the extra cash for an M6 so I just got the M3. I still can't get over how loud it is.

I chose an M3 over the M6 because it sounds better. I think because it does not have the added mid selector circuitry. Nice score.

Yes, side by side, through the same cab, (an Aggie DB210 which I also bought). At first, I was just going to buy the M6, but my buddy who works at the GC, said, "chheck out this M3" yada blah yada, and sure enough- now, this is NOT to say that the M6 and M9 aren't awesome sounding amps- but yeah, the M3 has the edge tonally.
