Just Put in my Audere Preamp....

This one has a 4 band Pro Z that David donated. Very nice guy. Bass is for a JDRF fundraiser auction.

The toggles are pickup on/off switches plus one for Z mode. The extra volume and jack are for a mudbucker which is hidden under the pickguard (see poles showing thru). The mudbucker runs passive to its own jack.

I bought two Audere Preamps.

One for my Jazz FSR, that came in and was installed along with a set of the Samarium Cobalt Noiseless Pickups. I put them in on Monday, went through an adjustment last night. It sounds good, but I am not convinced it is better than the stock. I am seriously thinking of putting the stock passive controls AND pickups back in. I just really liked the sound of them. I had hoped this would be an improvement. I have a bit more time though, so I will wait and see.

The other Audere is finally on it's way and it is to replace the stock preamp in my Warwick FNA Jazzman. I think I will still install that one and see the difference of how it sounds.
