Hi everybody.

I just want to share my excitement about the fact that, after almost eight years of getting my university diploma, I've just joined a virtual post-university program on new technologies in education. I wanted to take advantage of the fact that, since it's offered by the university from which I graduated, I got a scholarship equal to half of the total cost because of the special distinction I received along with my diploma.

I'm not going to deny that I feel kinda nervous as well since it's been a long time since my last experience as a "formal" student and I didn't have a computer at home at the time, but in this case, it's a great advantage because of the virtual modality of the program. After the first day, it seems I'm the most advanced student because as far as I've seen, none of my virtual classmates has shown enough experience on participating at discussion forums (one more reason to say thanks to the TalkBass family :)), which is one of the program's key activities. I hope this will be a very rewarding experience.

Continuing in the theme of higher education, I'm actually posting from university right now! Law students ftw! And congrats to you Alvaro! :)

Boo! Law students! Classics rules all! :D

anyway, congrats on the course! It'll be really good, everything will work out for you! Just work hard......it pays off eventually!

I'm also in uni myself- I'm posting from the computer room in my Classics department.
