Most EQ plugins allow you to flip phase, and most halfway decent preamps have the same thing (I have 30 channels of outboard preamps in my room, plus 48 channels on the console - every single one has a phase switch).
But Switchcraft and Hosa both make phase reverse adapters - under $10.
