What kills me is they sound FANTASTIC in the other three Roscoe "J" basses I've played (two of which are still here and have been much played in the past 24 hours)...
Yours has very different woods though, right?
Then there is the endless urge to experiment, that I completly understand, sometimes you juat have to try things.
Hell, I've never, ever been happier with basses stock than I have been with my Roscoes, yet I'm looking at getting a couple of sets of Delano soapbars, and Aguilar pre-amps..... :scowl:
