I recently acquired a King Mortone Double Bass from my friend. I wanted to date the bass but after searching google I couldnt find an answer. I'm hoping someone here has a bass with a serial number close to mine so I can at least get somewhat of an understanding on a date. The serial number inside is 565. On the scroll It says it was manufactured in Cleveland Ohio and was made by the H.N. White Co.
