Asked seller to send over close up of serial number. Looks like a Korean Squier from my research.

Asked seller to send over close up of serial number. Looks like a Korean Squier from my research.
Need your opinions and/or experience with these.

This may help: How can I find out when my Korean-made instrument was manufactured? – Fender looks like korean made 1992-1993 with CN2 and 5 numbers. Appears some had the fender logo. You can research how much they go for, but $200 seems lower amt if you search. Looks clean but you'll have to find how it plays.

After a closer look at the serial number, you can see where the 'Squier' was removed.
Looks like the MIK model with the Fender logo had "Squier Series" on the end of the headstock and things were positioned differently. I'd guess this one had the Squier logo removed and the Fender added. Still, at $200 it could be cool if it plays really nice.

here are a couple other headstocks. looks like the missing squier series and made in korea are the only differences.
I'd grab it.
I have a MIK Fender "Squier series" telecaster in that same color scheme. It has the best neck out of all the teles I've had. The body is laminate. Doesn't bother me, but if it matters to you, you might want to take a peek inside the controls cavity.

@Peteyboy, turns out most of the meat ended up as pet food. Too gamey.

The Korean made Fenders are solid instruments. Some may say they rank up there with or even above Mexican Fender basses of the same timeframe. That one looks to be from 1992ish, Fender's dating page is a great tool to use as Lennys mentioned it above. It really helps when dealing with dating time marks. Love the look of that bass and the fact it is a lefty is equally as cool as I have not seen them much. For $200 if it checks out in person I think would be a good price I'd pay for it as well. Especially if it came with a case. Your call.
I’d agree. Here’s mine from around ‘91 or ‘92 as I recall (edit: ‘93 per serial number)
