Did a search on the forum for the Hamer Cruise 5-string and found a few posts but nothing definitive on the actual quality of the Korean-made Cruise -basses.
The thing is, I was made an offer for a Korean Cruise fiver for 100 euros, which seems like a good deal to me. Been looking for a cheap 5-string to see if fives are my thing or not. Was originally looking to get a new Squier active jazz bass, but the Cruise just popped up used and it seems like an overall better deal.
Anyone have any input on the pickups/woods/necks of the Koren-made Cruises?
